My stunning patient followed up with me 2 1/2 years after an open septorhinoplasty. As you can see, the results are maintained overtime. There is a streamlined appearance to the bridge of the nose, as well as a mild rotation of the nasal tip. There is no abnormal scarring or bumps/depressions that have developed over time.
