My adorable teenage patient underwent an open septorhinoplasty 2 months ago. Teenage patients are candidates for rhinoplasty if they have physically stopped growing in height. She has a beautiful appearance to the dorsal lines (sides of the nose), a reduction of a dorsal protuberance and mild rotation of her nasal tip. She was severely obstructed internally with a deviated septum and nasal valve narrowing prior to the surgery and is now breathing much better. We love her natural results!
