My lovely teenage patient underwent a rhinoplasty for both functional and aesthetic purposes, as well as a chin implant placement. Here she is just three weeks postoperative and looks great! There is an improved profile and tip position. Her nose appears straighter and is not too “upturned”. Augmenting the chin improves facial balance and allows the nose to “fit“ better with her other facial features. The results look very natural and not “overdone“. We are excited to see her results once more of the swelling improves.
