Rhinoplasty — patient J3PggUwTQnqiNwrc8lr4ZQ
My beautiful teenage patient underwent an open septo-rhinoplasty to address the functional and cosmetic aspects of the nose. She mostly wanted to address a “hump” along the profile and a droopy tip. In her postoperative photos 2.5 months after surgery, her profile is straighter, she has a nice curvature to the profile without looking overdone and her tip was rotated up slightly. It is important to prevent over-rotation of the tip, leading to a “pig-nose” appearance. On the base view, her nostrils are more symmetric and her incision is healing very well (although not complete). She is breathing better and loves her new nose!
