Rhinoplasty — patient 87168866

This patient had an over-rotated and under-projected nose (her tip was upturned with a shortened appearance). She also complained of a dorsal protuberance ("hump"). She underwent an open rhinoplasty. By extending and downward rotating the tip, the nose is in better proportion with her face.
