Rhinoplasty — patient 87168865

This patient underwent an open rhinoplasty to address his dorsal protuberance ("hump") and droopy tip. At only 3 weeks postop, there is still swelling, but the overall shape is already noted. The result is a straight nasal bridge. In male rhinoplasty, it is important to maintain a strong nasal bridge and avoid a "scooped-out" appearance.
