This lovely patient underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty (to remove the bulging fat pads under the eyes) as well as a rhinoplasty for cosmetic and breathing purposes. The postoperative photos were taken about 1 month after surgery. As you can see, most of her initial bruising and swelling is resolved but there is still some minor swelling over the nose. The incisions used for the eyelid surgery were placed inside the lower eyelids, so no visible incisions/scars are noted. There was some transient bruising under the eyes, which resolved after 2 weeks. As you can see, there is a nice effect with relatively little downtime.
