This is a patient who had a long-standing external deviation of the nose, with a small dorsal protuberance (mild hump). In addition to having trouble breathing, the nasal shape became a primary focus of the face. The patient underwent an open rhinoplasty to address the deviation as well as the mild hump and slightly droopy tip. These photos were taken about 4 weeks after surgery. As you can see, the nose is much straighter on frontal view and there is a smoother contour to the nasal bridge. Of course, the nose is still swollen, and there will be further definition down the line.
