This patient underwent an upper lid blepharoplasty (upper eyelid skin removal) for excess heavy skin of the eyelid. In this case, the eyelid skin touches the eyelash line. This procedure was performed in the office with local anesthesia. This procedure does not require much downtime and is very well-tolerated.
